Frequently asked questions
I'm purchasing a ready-made template. How will I access my tickets?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to access the Canva template. You will need a free account to customize the tickets.
What size are the tickets?
For the Canva templates, all tickets are designed at display size (7.5" x 2.5"). For custom tickets, you have the option between display size and standard ticket size (5.5" x 2").
Can I request changes to my custom design?
Yes! After I receive your concert details, I'll make a proof of the tickets for you to review and approve before the finishing touches are made. You will have one opportunity to request any changes before the tickets are finalized.
Do you offer refunds?
For digital templates: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once you've received access to your Canva template. However, if there's a technical issue accessing your file, I'm here to help!
For printed tickets: If there's a printing error on my end, I'll reprint and ship replacements at no cost. If you're unhappy with your custom design during the proof stage, we'll work with you to make it right before printing.
What kind of paper/card stock do you use for printing?
I print the tickets on 110 lb card stock with a smooth, matte finish.
How long does shipping take for printed tickets?
Printed tickets are shipped 3-5 days after receiving design approval. I ship via USPS First Class Mail and orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
